He was a prominent public intellectual and his confrontational style of debate made him both a lauded and controversial figure. He was known for his scathing critiques of well-loved public figures. A noted critic of religion and a self-described “Anti-theist”, he believed that the concept of a supreme being is a totalitarian belief that destroy individual freedom.
- p>"I'm an illustrator and concept artist who loves painting sci-fi and fantasy pictures. My clients include Fantasy Flight Games, Paradigm Concepts, Metamoki, and Cognitive Kid, for whom I've worked on card art, production paintings, character designs, game backgrounds, and others.
Most of the fuel behind my pictures comes from growing up reading a lot of great scifi... and a little too much Star Wars. In my spare time, I usually dive back into oil painting, read something, or go wandering outside."
