Sea Monster (b. 1982) is a Northern California–based watercolor artist whose work blends psychedelic color, fantastical portraiture, and a distinctly fluid sense of imagination. A graduate of California State University, Chico, where they earned a BFA, Sea Monster has cultivated a visual world that is both whimsical and otherworldly—alive with luminous palettes, melting shapes, and characters that straddle the line between dream and myth.
