Modern Eden Gallery is pleased to present ‘Fiction’, the 2nd annual portrait exhibition curated by gallery co-owner Bradley Platz. Following June 2012’s ‘Notorious’ exhibition, this dynamic group exhibition presents portraits of characters from literary fiction imagined by top contemporary artists. From classic literature to modern novels, participating artists have chosen subjects that span a range of narratives and eras, but are united by their place of birth on the printed page. The result is a cohesive exhibition where the world of fiction and it's dramatic inhabitants have been brought to life through the artist's eye.

The opening reception for "Fiction” will be held at Modern Eden Gallery on Saturday, June 22nd from 6-10pm. Select featured artists will be in attendance at the reception. The exhibition will be on display through July 13, 2013 and is free and open to the public.
