Modern Eden Gallery is pleased to present ‘Mona’, an international group exhibition featuring contemporary adaptations of Da Vinci’s masterpiece, “Mona Lisa”. The Mona Lisa has been acclaimed as "the best known, the most visited, the most written about, the most sung about, the most parodied work of art in the world." In this exhibition contemporary artists from all over the world are taking on that tradition and re-creating the well-known masterpiece with their own artistic variations.
Lyrica Glory is currently Director at Warholian, a press based arts publication situated in San Francsico, California. Her process takes her into a world of playing with light itself, and she has learned to manipulate it in a way so that images come through clearly. Glitter is often used in the world of crafts, but Glory has used this medium to create fine art works based on a variety of subject matter. Lyrica Glory is the founder of Social Diversion a hand-made couture calling card company that has been enormously successful in the San Francisco bay area.
