Chiachen Wang is a passionate artist, originally from Taiwan and currently based in California. Her artistic journey began in middle school, leading her to study Interior Architecture and Marketing Communications. After rediscovering her love for art in 2016, she dedicated herself to refining her skills through online classes, tutorials, and in-person workshops, channeling her creative energy into painting.
Chiachen's work primarily revolves around figurative art, still life, and floral compositions. Using mediums such as charcoal, graphite, and oil, she has a profound appreciation for capturing fleeting moments and emotional connections in her subjects. Her art reflects a sense of life and spirit, blending outer likeness with inner essence. Whether it's the intricate details of a floral arrangement, the quiet beauty of a still life, or the depth of human and animal portraiture, her creations evoke a sense of storytelling and connection.
Currently, Chiachen is focused on creating oil portraits of people and animals, as well as exploring the rich textures and forms of still life and floral works. At the same time, she remains committed to expanding her artistic horizons, continuing to explore other genres as a means of achieving a deeper dialogue with her inner self. Through her art, she strives to tell compelling stories, evoke deep emotions, and bridge the gap between the viewer and her subjects.
