About Us:

Modern Eden is located in San Francisco's historic North Beach neighborhood. Opened in June 2010, the gallery features monthly exhibitions of established and emerging artists. The gallery's contemporary aesthetic ranges from realism to surrealism with a strong focus on illustrative painting and representational sculpture.

Inspired excitement fills the monthly openings at Modern Eden Gallery in North Beach. Transformed from a pet store with concrete floors and dark walls, the now sleek, light-filled space houses packed openings and the work of artists, often with penchants for enlightened cultural commentary. -Trinity SF

Dozer is the unofficial "Mayor of North Beach" and by far the most popular member of our team. Dozer enjoys the beach, balls that squeak unnaturally loud, and greeting customers at the gallery. Our sweet gallery dog is a Boxer mix and a strong advocate for adopting pets from local shelters and animal welfare organizations.

Dozer is Head Greeter at Modern Eden.
